Join the Production Team of Prodigy12

After a successful first edition in Paris, Prodigy12 is heading to Brussels. We are growing the team and looking for someone who wants to be part of it from day one.

Prodigy12 is a large-scale immersive live show touring across Europe. Live music, LED walls, custom-built architecture, a 360° experience. We design, build, and run everything ourselves, city by city.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of something from the inside. You will work directly with our Head of Production across every phase of the project — from planning and preparation in Belgium, to the full build in Brussels this June, to running the show every day. Real responsibility, real learning, and a front row seat to how a large-scale live production actually works.

What you will do

• Work alongside the Head of Production on planning, logistics and on-site coordination
• Be part of the technical build — LED, sound, lighting, structure
• Support show operations and backstage during the run
• Pack down and prepare for the next location

What we are looking for

• Someone motivated who wants to learn fast and get their hands dirty
• Organised, structured and comfortable in a live event environment
• Driver's license is a plus

Practical

• Start: as soon as possible
• Location: Ghent, Brussels
• Duration: 3 - 6 months minimum
• Type: Internship, with the potential to grow into a permanent role
