Join the Production Team of Prodigy12
Prodigy12 is a 360° live spectacle inside a purpose-built, mirror-clad pavilion at Parc de la Villette in Paris. It is a surreal, immersive experience combining live music, large-scale LED visuals, light, scenography, and custom-built architecture.
We are looking for a skilled and focused light operator who can run the lighting system during the show and work closely with our technical and artistic teams. You will help bring the visual identity of Prodigy12 to life through precision, timing, and atmosphere.
This role places you at the heart of the performance flow, operating lighting cues during each show and assisting with technical preparation before and after performances.
Prodigy12 runs in Paris, at Parc de la Villette, from early February to late April 2026 with multiple evening shows every day of the week except Mondays and Tuesdays.
What you will be doing
- Operating the lighting console during all performances
- Programming parts of the lightshow
- Executing lighting cues with precision and consistency
- Preparing and checking the lighting system before each show
- Collaborating closely with the LED operator, sound operator, and stage management
- Supporting small lighting adjustments or troubleshooting between shows
- Helping reset the pavilion for the next performance
- Maintaining a clean and safe technical environment
- Being part of the technical flow of a high-intensity, cinematic live experience
Requirements
- Experience with lighting control systems (GrandMA or Chamsys)
- Technical understanding of live lighting setups
- Calm, focused, and reliable during fast cue sequences
- Comfortable working in a dynamic live-show environment
- Team-oriented with clear communication skills
- French or English (both are a bonus)
- Experience in immersive shows, theatre, events, or LED-driven environments
