Join the Production Team of Prodigy12

Prodigy12 is a 360° live spectacle inside a purpose-built, mirror-clad pavilion at Parc de la Villette in Paris. It's a surreal, immersive experience combining live music, large-scale LED visuals and custom-built architecture.

We are looking for motivated, hands-on backstage production assistants who help bring the show to life from behind the scenes. You will support the technical and artistic teams, assist with show operations, and contribute to the smooth execution of this large-scale production.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain real-world experience inside a high-end immersive show, working closely with professionals in production, stagecraft, lighting, sound and live performance.

Prodigy12 runs in Paris, at Parc de la Villette, from early February to late April 2026 with multiple shows running in the evening every day of the week except on Mondays and Tuesdays.

What you will be doing

• Helping set up and prepare elements of the show before each performance
• Assisting backstage during the show (props, cues, light support tasks, etc)
• Supporting the production team with small tasks and organisational duties
• Resetting the pavilion between shows
• Communicating with technical teams (lighting, LED, sound, stage management)
• Maintaining backstage areas in a clean and functional state
• Being part of the backstage flow of a high-intensity, cinematic live experience

Requirements

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn
• Responsible, punctual and organised
• Comfortable working in a dynamic live-show environment
• Able to stay calm during fast-paced cues and quick turnarounds
• Team player with good communication skills
• French or English (both a bonus)
• Interest in production, stagecraft, immersive experiences, music, or event operations
