Join the Production Team of Prodigy12
Prodigy12 is a 360° live spectacle presented inside a purpose-built, mirror-clad pavilion at Parc de la Villette in Paris. It is a surreal, immersive experience combining live music, large-scale LED visuals, cinematic storytelling, and custom-built architecture.
We are looking for a skilled and reliable video operator / LED technician to run the video playback and LED systems during the show. You will work at the heart of the production, ensuring that all LED content, cues, timelines, and sequences run smoothly and accurately during each performance.
This position is ideal for someone with technical experience in LED systems, media servers, video playback tools, and show operations — someone who wants to work in a high-end immersive environment.
Prodigy12 runs in Paris, at Parc de la Villette, from early February to late April 2026 with multiple shows running in the evening every day of the week except on Mondays and Tuesdays.
What you will be doing
- Operating LED and video playback systems during each performance
- Running show cues precisely according to the timeline
- Preparing the media server and verifying video files before shows
- Monitoring LED walls and video output quality throughout performances
- Supporting technical troubleshooting with LED or video issues
- Coordinating with lighting, audio, and stage management
- Assisting with resets between performances
- Helping maintain the technical control area in a clean and functional state
Requirements
- Experience with LED systems, media servers, or video playback environments
- Knowledge of Novastar software and hardware
- Knowledge of Blackmagic devices
- Technically minded, calm, and reliable under pressure
- Comfortable running cues in a fast-paced live-show environment
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Organised and proactive
- French or English (both are a bonus)
- Interested in live shows, video art, immersive experiences, or interactive installations
