Prodigy12 is a 360° live spectacle housed within a bespoke, mirror-clad pavilion. We merge high-end architecture with large-scale LED visuals, immersive light design, and spatial audio to create a surreal, world-class experience.

We are looking for a Technical Production Associate to join us for the long term. Take ownership of the site’s technical integrity and operational flow.

You will work directly with the Head of Production, bridging the gap between creative vision and technical execution. You will be based on-site, initially overseeing our Brussels operations with a view toward international touring and long-term project growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical oversight: Manage the daily operation and maintenance of LED systems, lighting rigs, and audio-visual hardware.
• Infrastructure & logistics: Coordinate site setup, supervise load-ins/load-outs, and manage technical vendors and contractors.
• Inventory management: Lead the procurement, tracking, and maintenance of all technical assets and specialized tools.
• Operational stability: Troubleshooting technical failures in real-time during show runs and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly met.
• Project documentation: Maintain technical riders, site maps, and equipment logs for future touring iterations.

Requirements

• Proven background in live event production, technical theater, or large-scale installation.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of AV systems, power distribution, and structural safety.
• Problem-Solving: A find a way mentality with the ability to remain calm under the pressure of live operations.
• Autonomy: Highly organized and capable of managing complex task lists without constant supervision.
• Mobility: Based in or willing to relocate to Brussels, with a valid driver’s license and a touring mindset for future locations.
