Prodigy12 is a 360° live spectacle housed within a bespoke, mirror-clad pavilion. We merge high-end architecture with large-scale LED visuals, immersive light design, and spatial audio to create a surreal, world-class experience.
We are looking for an Audiovisual Event Technician to support the technical build-up and dismantling periods of our productions.
Our upcoming dismantling period will take place from 23 to 31 August at Place De Brouckère in Brussels. We see this as the start of a long-term collaboration, supporting future Prodigy12 productions as we travel between cities across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Audiovisual build-up: Install, connect, and test the complete audiovisual setup at each new production location.
- Audiovisual dismantling: Safely dismantle, organise, pack, and prepare audiovisual equipment for transport and storage.
- Sound systems: Assist with the installation, cabling, testing, and dismantling of the AED sound system.
- LED installations: Build, connect, test, and dismantle large-scale LED systems and new LED configurations.
- Equipment handling: Load, unload, position, protect, label, and correctly pack professional audiovisual equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and dismantling.
Requirements
- Previous experience in audiovisual production, event technology, live entertainment, or technical installations.
- Practical knowledge of professional sound, LED, video, cabling, and signal-distribution systems.
- Comfortable working with both heavy and delicate technical equipment.
- Hands-on, reliable, organised, and solution-oriented.
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a technical crew.
- Available from 23 to 31 August for the upcoming dismantling in Brussels.
