Who we are

Prodigy12 is organised by DMMGroup SRL (BV), Brique 1A, 7880 Flobecq, Belgium, enterprise number 0667.617.544 (“we”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect and why

• Ticket orders. When you order tickets on prodigy12.com, we collect your first and last name, email address, the show and seats you choose, your answers to any extra questions in the order form and whether you want news about new shows. We use these details to process your order, send your tickets and inform you about your visit. Legal basis: the performance of your purchase contract. Payment is handled by our ticketing partner Weeztix and its payment providers; we never see your card details.
• Waitlist and news. If you join the waitlist or ask to be kept informed about new shows, we use your email address to send you news about Prodigy12. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Contact and job applications. If you email us, for example to apply for a job, we use your message and details to reply and, for applications, to assess your application. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or the steps you ask us to take before a contract.
• Website statistics and advertising. Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta pixel and the TikTok pixel, managed through Google Tag Manager. They use cookies and similar technologies to measure how our website and ads perform and to show our ads to people who may be interested. They receive data such as the pages you visit, the steps of a ticket order, your device and browser, your IP address and the ad you came from. When you order, they may also receive your email address and name in encrypted (hashed) form, so a purchase can be linked to an ad. Legal basis: your consent.
• Seat map. Our seat map is provided by seats.io. It temporarily holds the seats you select; it does not need your name or email address.

Who receives your data

We share data only with providers who need it for the purposes above:

• Weeztix: ticket sales and payment
• Brevo: waitlist and newsletters
• Google: Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager
• Meta Platforms: advertising on Facebook and Instagram
• TikTok: advertising
• seats.io: seat map
• Netlify: website hosting

We may also share data when the law requires it.

Data outside the European Economic Area

Some of these providers, such as Google, Meta and TikTok, may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case they rely on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

• Order details: as long as needed for your order and your visit, and afterwards as long as Belgian accounting and tax rules require.
• Waitlist and news: until you unsubscribe.
• Job applications: up to one year after the recruitment ends, unless you agree to a longer period.
• Cookies: for the periods set by each provider; you can delete them at any time in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email info@prodigy12.com; we answer within one month.

If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
